James Chocolates are crafted in the village of Evercreech in Somerset by a small team of chocolate experts and fresh deliveries are regularly made to bar chocolats.

Our aim is to craft original, quirky and visually attractive chocolates made with high quality ingredients. The starting point for all our creations is a chocolate base (couverture) with a high percentage of cocoa solids and we are constantly on the look out for the best sources from around the world.

The same care and attention goes in to making our chocolates as when we first started in 1995 and some recipes, such as for our Dark Chocolate Truffles have stood the test of time and remain unchanged.

As innovators, we have introduced unusual blends of flavours such as Rose, Coffee & Cardamom, and Lemon Zest & Poppy. We were the first people to make Chilli Pepper chocolate bars in this country, which we introduced in 2000 (although the aztecs were doing it centuries ago...)

As we have such a wide choice, we are sure that you’ll easily find something that you’ll love. James Chocolates can be enjoyed while you’re in bar chocolat or taken home as presents, or simply as a treat for yourself!
